Melissa and Brandon’s lifestyle engagement session was shot this past Friday with Kurt. The moment we met these two we fell in love with their personalities. Both Melissa and Brandon were very outgoing, which made Kurt’s job extremely easy! You can just feel the love. Love their chemistry and love LOVE those cowboy boots!

Kim & Vernon’s Nashville Wedding

Kim and Vernon’s Nashville wedding was shot by Image Trick‘s very own, Shelby and Chris. Both the ceremony and reception were held at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Kim’s color scheme was showcased throughout their entire wedding day. The Lapris/Victorian Lilac combination accompanied by silver was the perfect touch for a simple elegant feel. As guests entered the lobby, they would step onto purple carpet and immediately be greeted by a hostess and videographer. From here, Kim and Vernon’s guests had the opportunity to express their sentiments to the bride and groom.

We always make sure to capture special events that our couples incorporate in their wedding day. For Kim and Vernon’s wedding, they elected to partake in an African tradition and jump the broom after their vows.

Our Image Trick team raved about the amount of energy that surrounded their wedding day, which you can probably see from some of our favorite shots. Congrats to the newlywed couple!

Kara & Rick’s Franklin, TN Wedding | CJ’s Off the Square

Our team at Image Trick had the privilege of shooting Kara and Rick’s Nashville wedding this past Saturday. The weather was a little hot, but most importantly, it was sunny with bright blue skies! Kara and Rick decided that they would like to see each other before the ceremony. So, Shelby and Chris set up their first look shortly after they were dressed and ready.

The ceremony and reception were both held at CJ’s Off the Square. The ceremony was small and intimate and the reception was a full night of dancing. Be sure to check out Kara and Rick’s Engagement Session from a few months back!

Elizabeth & Eric’s Franklin, TN Wedding | CJ’s Off the Square

Let me start off with one word, WOW! Elizabeth and Eric’s Nashville wedding was definitely a sight to see. When our bride and groom set down to start their wedding planning, they decided that they wanted to incorporate elements that were dear to them both. Since they both love history it only made sense for Elizabeth and Eric’s wedding day to start off with the ceremony being held at an historic sanctuary in downtown Franklin, Franklin First United Methodist. In addition, having their wedding reception at an historic home, CJ’s Off the Square.

Elizabeth and Eric’s color combination of champagne, ivory, blush tones and shades of yellow was inspired by candle light. Both bride and groom enjoy the outdoor elements, which is why CJ’s Off the Square was the perfect location for their wedding reception.

Since Eric is currently enlisted in the military, he wore his uniform. They also used his sabor to cut their wedding cake, which I thought was too cool!

Elizabeth and Eric’s wedding day was full of fun, love, and of course, dancing! Oh, don’t let me forget to mention the sweet ride that our bride and groom left the ceremony in, a 1967 MGB convertible. Jealous? I sure am! Be sure to check out Elizabeth and Eric’s Engagement session.
